Chairman of the Board & Founder
Gadi Reches, a retired Lieutenant Colonel (Lt. Col.) from the Israeli Air Force, brings decades of expertise in engineering and logistics. After his military service, Gadi established the company in 1986, building it into the innovative and resilient organization it is today.
Director & Co-Founder
Aliza Reches, A graduate of Tel Aviv University with honors in Middle Eastern Studies, Aliza Reches co-founded the company alongside Gadi. Her leadership in administration, public relations, and human resources has been key to the company’s success and growth.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ari Reches holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Bar-Ilan University and is a certified Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics. As a commercial pilot for Airbus A321 NEO LR and business jets, Ari combines technical expertise with leadership skills. Since joining the company in 2011, he has advanced from Vice President of Operations at TSI to CEO, where he continues to drive the company forward.
